I assume the subject matter is some kind of bush, ACMI, mil contract, Three Letter Agency, etc flying opportunity. The kind of thing that piques the interest but most of us Family Guys avoided or gravitated away from.

Comic gold imo.

Sort of close…. Back in the day… I kept copies of my marching orders. Yep… Things, occasionally went pear shaped. Who was the first to be throw under the bus? Yep… the Captain. When questioned? Paper, with sequence, instructions, specials if any, on the CP’s desk. With a response… “Just following the mission orders to the letter. And per your order, Skipper, I/A/W your memo, “Do not go into business for yourself!” Also learned early on, at each station, enquirer if there were any changes for special instructions. Took the name of the station manager, as well as noting the time, for the just in case factor.

Not a big deal, but when I sat down to write the little report in my hotel room, I couldn't get over the fact that it was going to get a "thanks for sharing" response from the powers-that-be and not solve a damn thing in any reasonable amount of time, if ever. And when I publish my comics into an anthology, it will live forever on paper. And still, no one will care.

And today's comic-
