Cannot believe you have never seen that. It is in their anti-NAI videos and many other news releases. Seriously, do you guys just get angry because ALPA says you should be angry without checking anything they are actually saying?

The contract is a trick be forewarned. You'll need an EU passport to fly in the EU on an EASA license. I can sum it up better by saying this a pay for your job type deal. You are bonded and have to pass ALL the tests to get that EASA license in two years. I hope people know what that actually means.

I am not totally bailing on you NEdude but I understand the pushback on NAI. Go have a read of Pprune.org to see all the splendor that is NAI. I think they have delusions of grandeur myself.

I was sent the package and told to do the assessment. I told them no thanks.

PPRUNE is your source of information? I am not trying to say that NAI is the best job out there, but I am defending their right to operate. But PPRUNE has to be the biggest collection of whiners out there. I have yet to see anyone claim a job is good on there. Even British Airways is loaded with nothing but complaints, and I looked because I was swimming in the hiring pool there. By the PPRUNE standard, being the chief of the astronaut office and being assigned the top space shuttle missions would be the worst job in the world, with being the commanding officer of Air Force One as a close contender.

Rip it all you like, but the complaints you read on there tend to be on the leading edge. It was the first place I saw bring info about Cathay's eventual switch to C Scale. It is also where the shine of 777 command at EK was first revealed as a turd given the horrific schedules. If 10% of the complaints about Norweign are legit then any yank that signs up is either misguided or has a few DWI's.

According to that site I would also be crazy to go to a top notch European legacy like British Airways. What is considered a good job on PPRUNE? I have yet to find one.

It's a source of information NEdude. It's no secret about Norwegian and the difference between the 737 and 787 ops and the companies attempt to make them sign onto new terms and conditions. Much like APC, PPrune is a good source but yes, you have to sift through the whining and winging.
