Could you be more brief? just kidding.

Your post lacks all persuasion of why you have come to feel this way. If you cannot elaborate in an educated (4 year degree) fashion, then go to the old compare and contrast in 500 words or less which worked so well in high school.

I apologize for the sarcasm, my woman is on her monthly bid cycle and I caught all kinds of **** today.

Yes, I do have a four year college degree and believe it or not by my posts I did graduate in four years. I am for this merger, I assumed most have read the precepts of what management and alpa put out for why these two companies should merge, and the reason I changed my opinion is because I am on board with their arguement that this merger will allow legalized means of pricing control not just here but abroad as well. This is a very significant point as we have seen load factors above 80% and yet the airlines are still losing money. The ability to price product at or above costs is critical.

So, there it is from public school educated kid.

I agree with that. I think that unless the company agrees to an arbitrated SLI this deal will not happen.
That said with oil rising and no end in sight, I think that we will get the three our of four deal, as long as we agree that the binding arbitration will not be fought like it is at US Air.
