Default Mesa going public

I just watched a video of jo and cfo trying to sell stock
Jo slurring his words
Only showing the good numbers and not saying why they’re good.
Never referring to unstacking for July utilization numbers
I found it through seekingalpha.com
Mesa news
Sorry no link
A lot of new numbers available through the prospectus

Unstacking is not relevant to an IPO. It wouldn’t make sense to an investor anyway. PBS doesn’t make sense to half the pilots at Mesa.

I will see if I can find it and post a link to both the video and prospectus.

http://https://www.google.com/amp/s/...61-million-ipo

Very interesting video and presentation. Key points: Juniority, possibility of acquiring another regional, and expanding into the air cargo market.

It is only 27 minutes long. Just watch it. I suspect it means we will be buying Atlas or Kalitta. :-)

Not really. He is talking about having similar low risk CPA’s with cargo operators like we have with United and American.

Of course. Everyone who does an IPO is a used car salesman. I still believe it is his way of cashing out. He takes home $2mm per year now and that is nothing compared to the haul off of this IPO.

There are no details on this. Who owns the E175 airframes? Owning aircraft means taking risks unless you are buying old aircraft at a bargain price, like we are doing with the 900’s.
