Also the wording is the public filing of this is interesting. It allows us to remove 2 now and it seems to say that it allows us to remove 6. Not that it allows American to remove 6. Maybe a typo in the filing/release.

Very debatable. We lost that lawsuit over double-dipping, not failing to meet the contract.
