You would've had a blast at Colgan then. We had a couple of flights between Clarksburg and Morgantown as well as between Altoona and Johnstown. 10 minutes of air time between each, and that's just because the pilot flying would throttle back so the non-flying pilot could make it through the checklists in time. Saab 340 funtime!

Reserve time in the Ejet as CA is relative to your seniority. If you don’t want to be on reserve wait until your seniority number can hold a line in base... roughly 2 years from DOH to upgrade IOE (subject to changes in industry and management decisions). If you want to upgrade as soon as you hit 1,000 121 then reserve is between 8 months to a year.

Reserve is over 2 years for IAH CA. I’m 2 years from DOH in August and not close to a line. Can’t hold long call yet either. Don’t upgrade unless you want to spend hours in the crew room.

There’s no such thing as long call reserve for Ejet CA... We are not nor will be anytime soon “green” on reserves... only FO’s know what that is like to be on long call reserve

We have a few guys on LC on the CA side, but not many. I saw 3 for July.

Are you guys still hiring DEC and if so what are the chances of getting the E175 if you have more than 1000 in the type?

If we aren’t you would be able to upgrade right after getting on line.
