With Mesa being authorized to use ipads, I was curious as to the percentage of pilots flying the line with one, since the cost is to be borne by the pilot group?
I realize your take home pay won't take you home, however I would call this a necessary expense, vs. carrying four Jepp binders and a flight case.

What I meant is AA provides the IPADs but they also monitor your internet viewing habits.

So what's the status with the E175 pilot domiciles and routes? It looks like IAH is a dead cert, what about the rumored ORD 175 base?

There are so many "errors" in that story I don't know what to say.....
My favorite line in the story is the "modest" pay........

Yeah I have a friend at fedex who carries around two, one for his personal use and the company issued one. They can't download many of the apps and their internet is monitored. Or so I'm told.

After the first 30? lol there is no evidence anywhere of additional Ejets beyond the 30 that United owns and y'all are leasing. Let's see if you can staff these first.

That's surprising. I think that kind of control is difficult without jail breaking the iPad and buying some expensive software. If other airlines are anything like Mesa, that's a tall order. Our computers must comprise the entirety of IE7 traffic on the internet.
