If you look a few pages back in this thread, I have listed the schedules for the EJET in October. They are actually quite good.
Pay goes up to around $29 in the second year. Average per diem comes in at around $500 a month I think.
As for the pass rate you asked about earlier, the training department quotes a 90% pass rate overall.

Thank you for the info!
Complain all you want about the low pay. Take your time deciding or wait as long as you want for a 1st year pay increase. These forums can't decide for you. While you're wasting precious time there will be a pilot that will take your spot and seniority number. That will be the difference when you're furloughed or waiting a much longer time for an upgrade. Good luck to you wherever you decide to go.
Anyway, I see they only take people with previous 121 experience for the Ejet, that means all those people are making a lateral move. I didn't think there was a lot of people willing to do a lateral move in the regional industry. Is this a problem for them to hire people or are they filling up classes without a problem?
How hard would it be to get Houston as a base, is it a junior base?
Thanks.

I understand what you say, and that's why I'm trying to collect as much information as I can before making a move!

Mesa is not currently having any issues filling classes. The EJET classes are booked up well in advance. I haven't talked to recruiting in about a month and at that time they were booking December classes. I would suspect they are into January by now. Plenty of people doing lateral moves these days.
Houston is the only EJET base and as a result it is very junior since the only FOs that can go there are new hires (can't bid between aircraft as an FO).

On a totally separate note, TSA has been handling things very differently at different airports. I try to commute out of uniform for comfort and to avoid questions from passengers, but then TSA gives me problems about my labelled crew bag and the liquid/gel toiletries therein, even after showing them my crew badge. Other times, even in uniform, they hassle me about a laptop in my suitcase and say even crew members need to take it out.
It seems different everywhere I go. I've looked but can't find any definitive publications specific to crew members. Anyone know anything official I could whip out and show to them, or do crew members have no official guidelines? I've emailed the TSA, and while I expect an unhelpful cookie cutter response that's still pending.
Scanning a few old threads, I've found that you can throw November 1, 2007 Amendment to section 4.3.1.b.1 of the AOSSP at them, but I have no idea if it's been revised since or what it actually says.

Not citing a source, but I always thought only crewmembers in uniform were exempt from the liquids rule. I chose to go out of uniform one day and they made me toss some stuff.

At non-precheck locations, crew members still have to remove their laptops. Sometimes if you leave it in it gets ignored/missed, but officially it's supposed to be out.

Also, some TSA won't let you use precheck. I've gotten yelled at for asking why military can use it but I can't.

You generally have no leg to stand on with TSA. Most of their SOP is SSI and not available for even us to look at. It varies from airport to airport.
One of the more universal rules is that in order to get crewmember privileges like liquids/gels, you need to be in uniform.
Some places let out of uniform crew precheck, others don't. A good idea would be to sign up for precheck as a regular passenger and put the info in your employee travel profile so you have it on your boarding card too. That generally smooths things a little.
