Yeah, I guess they need to determine seniority in the class somehow, but it does stink being the young guy. Didn't a few guys get PHX right out of training on this bid?

Just looked--nine new hires will be PHX FOs upon completion of training.

A few recently-upgraded/very junior Captains were able to bid into PHX CA from IAD/DFW CA as well.

Anyone familiar with the ratio of ready vs. normal reserve in PHX? I know in IAD it's mostly normal reserves but I heard ready reserve is more common on the airways side. Thanks!
