Why does this company continue to hire f-ing pilots??? My frustration is at an all time high and i am ready to quit and work at PSA. Don't believe these recruiters. If you want to get paid crap money to sit on your a$$, reserve sucks. I came here because these recruiters were promising a lot of flying. all i have done is sit on reserve and they award the open time to new recruits so they can be consolidated. Why do they keep hiring??? This is complete BS!!! They haven't announced any new flying and they keep hiring anyone who answers their phone.

Well, I love reserve because I love getting paid to sit on my butt. However, I live in base. Dulles is great for that since we get the new FO's that need their hours. Not sure what reserve is like at the other bases.
That being that, it's winter and the block hours are lower right now. In a few months it'll get busier again and there will be plenty of flying.
