Quick upgrades are everywhere now, heck you guys just broke in to the sub 5 year mark I heard (golf clap!). Mesa is late '13 with several other regionals in the same ballpark, and TSA is doing the CQFO deal. Lack of upgrades aren't becoming the issue anymore, well except at Skywest. It's a lack of qualified applicants. At UAL alone we still have to hire 600+ by the end of the year so we'll continue the pillaging of regional LCA's, Captains, and even FO's. DAL is probably looking at even more new hires than UAL, and though AAG is getting a lot of furlough recalls the off-the-street hires will pick back up. So quick upgrades, or in your view lack thereof, is not an issue.

I am Clarence. And its 16 months right now. Id rather not jump to PSA since i have talked to 5 pilots personally here at mesa that said they got screwed on their check rides. Its ok though if you bust the ride for an illegitimate reason they offer you the choice of coming back as a ground instructor.
