Why not. You're below average in every other category as well:
Pay(lowest?)
Contract(family health plan $900/mo?)
Travel Privileges
Hiring(phone call interviews)

Oh I could go on. Stay classy Mesa!

You just have all of the numbers figured out for someone who doesn't even work here don't you?

I'll certainly believe there is a little bit of an issue. I know the rampers are ****ed off they are tasked 2 at a time for all arrivals regardless of the fact that the 900 has a third more bags to deal with. Mesa has many more issues than just envoy rampers. I too have spoken to those in the know about this.
Care to share what the "many more issues" are? Only other ones that come to my mind besides the rampers are the gate agents, mx, crew scheduling, and lack of FA's.

All of the above plus lowest upgrade time for those of us who took a risk and jumped ship from other regionals for Mesa in 2013/2014.

I rolled the dice on "lowest in everything else" and got an 18-month upgrade. I don't regret it at all.

That's fine and dandy for those of us that got in 14+ months ago, but that ship is about to sail.

Default Non rev on American

Reading the Air Whisky thread, looks like we are getting AA benefits that are equivelant to our current Airways benefits, starting Sept. 1st.

Yeah it was risky for you to move from RAH to Mesa but it worked! Those wicked low upgrades are much riskier now. The payback is the rest of the crud.

Interesting..hope that's true! I was hoping we would not be stuck with just listing for the jumpseat.
