For captain upgrade, I'm told Mesa will waive, to an extent, the 2500 TT rule in the CBA for circumstances such as military time, etc. The only applicable thing I could find was "The provisions of E.1. above may be waived at the discretion of the Company..." Part 121 makes no mention of a 2500 TT rule. My circumstances would be 1000 hours military and 1000 hours at Mesa. Anyone have knowledge on this?

You're not going into Endeavor/Pinnacolaba threads and stirring things up when they have incidents. You're not in the XJet or Skywest or legacy threads poking around everytime there's an incident like that Buffalo thing.
Why Mesa? Why? It's so obvious you were either rejected or fired or failed out of training here at some point in your career. I don't need a PhD in Clinical Psych to see that in glaring, blinking, bold print at the end of every comment you post.

Why are you so obsessed with Mesa? Your comments indicate that you obsessively follow every detail of Mesa's operation, but not other regionals.

I keep hearing about how the regionals are begging for pilots however I have yet to hear a thing. 4000TT ATP 1000+121 time. Clean record with a minor hiccup on my probation oral. Clean background. An adult lifetime in aviation from maintainance, flight engineer, ATC (retired,) 121 and 135 experience. Mesa is my choice because they have a DFW base. I don't want to hear all the BS about how bad Mesa is Yada, Yada. I've read all the negative comments. How does one get noticed? I have an account on airlineapps.com and have targeted Mesa. I compared my app and made sure all the check marks are covered. I published my app. What am I doing wrong or am I not being patient enough? Maybe I'm not understanding airlineapps.
Full disclosure. I'm 57 and in great shape/health. I just love the airline flying. Kids are grown. Wife of 34 years is encouraging me to follow my passion. Let's say "I'm old enough to know better but too young to resist!" Upgrades are great but not my driving force. Will take it when it comes. Looking for QOL. If I'm an FO till I'm forced out, I'm ok with that. Just loved the 121 flying and the great people I flew with. It was the lowest paying but by far the best job, hands down, I ever had and I want to go back. Really, really don't want to commute. Never have but can only image the time and expense of living out of base. Envoy and ExpressJet are not an option.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the advice, everyone! MTY is pretty good. The shuttle will take you downtown. Tons of food and drink options for really cheap. Nice hotel.
