I am trying to figure out how IAH will be a senior FO base if Mesa hires into equipment you cannot transition from till upgrade. I know I am not taking something into consideration but can someone explain why it would be senior?
Thanks again guys for fielding my stupid questions.

The most senior new hire in the first class able to bid FO on the E175 will be the #1 E175 FO for the forseeable future--get my drift?

I commute DFW to CLT right now its a breeze. Usually in first class. But I have heard IAH-DFW IAH-PHX is a tough commute with alot of mainline guys going back and forth. I know DFW-PHX is a pain in the ass. Heard DFW- IAH is the same. Maybe Beater with 30+ MPG time. The Rubi with 35's just isn't going to cut it.
Or at least it was easier when it was 737/757 every hour to ORD. Now most mainline has been replaced by 145/700s and it's still doable.

Any Mesa new hires in a scheduled E175 class this month or next?
