I love the CRJ 9/7, it's a great jet and fast, but I feel like I'm in a larger more modern aircraft in the EMB. The EMB is definitely a step closer to your A320 series airliners. Almost 4 years on the Beech and 5 on the CRJ, it's always fun to learn a new aircraft. Are you shooting for the EMB? You have already flown the EMB at Republic.
Pretty sure prior121 is holding out for the EJet--he'll crash the sim every time in the CRJ because he still doesn't understand how non-autothrottles work.

Just like the cute little french girl that she is! Awesome! I love the airplane. The most comfortable I've been in fo sure. I can walk into the cockpit with my roll-aboard in tow. The side stick is surprisingly nice too.
But the airplane doesn't compare to the culture here at F9. I'm still waiting for them to quit putting on a show for me The crews here are phenomenal - sort of reminds me of the ERJ stepchildren out east in the early days. Everyone from interview, to class, to sim, to IOE, to the line has been wonderful. I've never had IOE go so smoothly, it was actually a pleasant experience.
Negatives:
First year pay
Bottom seniority
Denver is pricey
I'm not complaining - I'm very fortunate - but it was an excruciatingly hard decision given my super seniority as an EMB upgrade at Mesa. In the end - I had to live life, and not let fear motivate me - so I went.
Are you sorry you asked? LOL.
Best of luck you guys - I LOVE knowing Mesa is doing well - because that means ya'll will do well!!!
