Funny you bring up job security.... pretty sure you have no room to talk when Mesa doesn't even own their 175's. United will take them away just as fast as they were awarded.

Having flown for both, I'll take my chances with Skywest... Miss the crews at Mesa but in no way do I miss that sh**hole of a company! I was on the fast track for upgrade and then was furloughed... I hope no one is going there for a supposed upgrade and if you are good luck!

You guys are seriously arguing about this? Who makes more money?

And...As if anyone here can predict upgrades.

A bit sarcastic yes....but clearly the fact that Mesa has desirable domiciles and only larger aircraft is a draw for recruitment.

What about paystubs? I'm sure the girl who likes "bigger equipment" would be appreciative not having to pay for every date...

Besides, last I checked Skywest has all the same equipment as Mesa.

As for domiciles, yeah... OO has Mesa beat.

Like I said, the difference between a 20 year old car and a 15 year old car...they're both as worthless...that's the analogy.

True, but Mesa doesn't have all the same equipment as Skywest! ;-)

Even with this ^, MAG is still attracting pilots. The power of SJS is strong! Why would you go work for someone who actively and openly works against you?

I think you should post that link in the thread titled "Mesa CEO blames Captains, Union." I'm sure no one there has read that article yet.
