Heading to Mesa
 

I got a July class date for Crj 900. Leaving the corp world for a schedule. Looking forward to the training. Any advice for that first year ? I hope to base out of ORD.

Not trying to flame but why Mesa? Is it because they are growing? Im trying to piece together why people are flocking there even with their below average pay rates.

How was the interview?

I can't for the life of me understand why you all act the way you do to people you don't even know especially when I know you wouldn't act the same face to face with ANYONE.

To the OP: Try to find a Mesa guy and PM him.

I have a friend that has been there for 8 years. He loves it there. The people there seem real nice. Yes. I do like the growth. I have been doing the 24/7 thing for many years. You who replied work for Mesa?

why be a tough guy in person and risk getting your butt kicked, when you can do it from the safety mom's internet? :D;)

All this Mesa bashing baffles me. Actually, it quite honestly makes me sick.

I am treated like a human being here which I was not at RAH.

I make more money here than RAH.

We have GREAT people in the training dept. We have two GREAT Chief Pilots.

I have only been here a year and I hold an 85 hour, 15 day off line.

I am looking at a fall upgrade.

So first year pay is two dollars less than you Skywest folks?

The difference is, if you get in now at Mesa, you will never see 3rd year FO pay, heck you may never see 2nd year FO pay.
