I have yet to talk to any FO's "abandoning ship". At least the 14 other guys from my class who are all CRJ that I have seen around in the past few weeks. I will be keeping my eye on the seniority list to see just how many guys bail out though.

Who actually wrote the TA? Was it a Mesa pilot(s)? I think we can see from this thread that the tight legal language required of a document like this is beyond the reach of our pilots. If it's voted down, maybe a professional should be hired to rewrite the thing, though I'm guessing that'd be pretty expensive.

I don't think there's more money, but the loose language and weird reserve rules make me uncomfortable.
