Yeah, Safari seems to work if you just do that.
I doubt reserve would get to 10 months for anyone. Probably more like 3-7, depending on the base. DFW should be fast.
It's true nobody likes the mouthy FO who constantly talks about quick upgrades or especially about getting to mainline soon, particularly when he's talking to a Captain with several thousand hours TPIC still waiting to get called. All that being said, even if the upgrade becomes 2 or 3 years, that's not that bad considering the last decade. While growth tapers off, attrition should pick up at least a little. What we've seen recently isn't sustainable, but it'll remain quick relative to the industry average. Probably.

Food for thought. Republic had 3 "this is the last best offer" from mgmnt. They kept saying no. From early signs, it looks like their moral fortitude to say no may have paid off. Can we do the same? JO needs us to say yes to secure more flying so he can be certain we underbid. How about we secure a good contract first then let him adjust his bid for more flying.

I don't know guys, but I have a bad feeling that we have just enough dumbasses here that will vote "yes" on this thing that it will pass by the slimmest of margins.
I hope I'm wrong.

No way this TA gets voted in. Not a snowballs chance in hell it will.

Playing devils advocate here... What if RAH wanted to go bankrupt? As others have eluded to, this whole thing parallels Pinnacle. Rah even hired the same firm that engineered Pinnacles demise. Just saying... Give the pilots what they want, go into bankruptcy, shed all the unprofitable stuff, reset the pay, downsize to manageable size.
Regardless, with Air Whiskey's new TA, SkyWest's new contract, Endeavor offering everyone $80,000, and Republic of all places offering $40 1st year pay, we have some real ammunition to use against management, and if need be, our own union.
What does worry me is how, historically speaking, yes-voters seem to be scarce before and after votes that inexplicably go 60%+ in favor. Funny how that works.
