I heard a new hire just off ioe complaining about reserve today in the crew room. He was also saying how he's going to get a line next month and upgrade in a year. I just laughed and said bud I don't know what line of bs the recruiter sold you on but be ready for 10+ months of reserve and mabe a upgrade in 2+ years unless something big happens. For those of you looking at Mesa the music has died and all your going to be left with is a embrassing paycheck, bs contrac, and a lot of 4am calls from crew track.
