Exactly right, there are no excuses.

And Republic still can't attract qualified FO's. What do you think is going to happen here if this TA is voted in and the growth stops. I think a good place to start would be the AW contract, and go from there. If they don't want to play ball then start applying to companies that are willing to pay for your qualifications. There are plenty out there that are literally dying to get you on their roster.

I don't see why the union doesn't just pull this offer, it's dead on arrival.

I don't see why the union unanimously voted to send it to the pilot group.

Best I can guess is that they knew this would go down in flames and wanted to show the company that. I'm at a point where I can't believe they're serious.

I'm right there with you on that one. I am going to attend one of the road shows just to get a good laugh. Part of me is still in denial that a few grown ass men are actually going to try and rally our people around something so hideous and embarrassing.

I'm gonna have to see this sh** with my eyes or else I'll probably never believe it happened!

I feel bad for these guys who are going to be putting on these road shows. It is going to be a blood bath. I bet they get all of 5 seconds into the presentation before someone throws the AWAC or RAH TA in their face.
