You don't have to use Mesa's insurance. Then again, if you're dumb enough to come to Mesa with a family to support maybe that's too hard to figure out. Not ever would I work here if I had a family/debt/any other obligation. If you choose to do that to your family with all the better paying flying (or non-flying) potential jobs out there then you fail at life.

Not a lot of changes except for the 25 new FOs coming to Phoenix and the 12 or 13 upgrading out of Phoenix. I didn't check other bases but there are a lot of changes for October. Of the 3-4 FOs I know who quit in the last month (not sure of dates) it would be nice to see the updates they are contractually supposed to publish 24 hours prior to bid submission.

I'm pretty certain TSH has a contract with AA for those planes that is still several years from expiring. I doubt HK would just roll over if they tried to pull the planes before then.

Unless I'm missing something the old roster is still up. It does not show all the phx changes

Here are some rumors and facts. I know of 12 fo's doing interviews at other companys in the next 3 weeks or so compass and sky west mostly. Also 4 fo's got gigs at spirit and aligent. Skywest released official projections on upgrade time. Soon it's dropping to at most 2 years and you will make 40% more with benefits. 3 caps out of Dfw are leaving for other gigs. Plus I guess foley let it slip to some people that Mesas upgrade time has risen and stands at at least 3 years right now for everyone hired after jan 2015 if they don't have previous 121 time. On top of this a friend in training currently said that their are strong rumors of 145 flying coming soon. PHL- LGA- Miami are bases rumored. Makes sense why the union let them put 145 pay rates in the TA.I think you're going to start seeing a mass exodus of guys.Esp if this ta is voted in. One day the truth will be known.

If Foley's admission that we're getting 15 new planes along with the 145 rumor are both true (hmm...), then why would upgrade times increase to three years?

Wow. Suddenly milehigh has the exact details of more people than most of us even know personally at Mesa. Given the probability of actually encountering someone that's leaving, he either knows most of our pilots or is part of some secret sect, all planning to leaving at once.

Who knows possibly a company buy out? I don't have a crystal ball. Plus thats ur guys jobs to fill in the blanks. But who wants to come to mesa and fly 145's. if you want to do that head on over to piedmont and get paid almost twice as much.
