So what I got from this call is that we have no real answer for FO attrition other than upgrades.

Check again UAL is done just tell the mismanagement of yours don't repeat what you did with delta because you will lose this new shiny jets that are owned by UAL

From the employee conference call, take it for what it's worth.

-Significant growth is imminent, final stages of negotiations for new flying, talked of doubling the size of the company again -mentioned possible acquisition.

-Claimed Mesa will beat growth of any U.S. regional in the coming years by a factor of 2.

-Mentioned all the 50 seaters coming out of service in the next 5 years.

-Talked about buying a 135 operator to supply pilots -think Caravan/cargo type outfit.

-Operations have improved significantly in DFW, company is investing for the long haul by building a new MX hanger. All questions about future growth the answer was Dallas.

-Again teased that they are working on a possible flow through agreement.
