We are severely short on pilots for December with resignations flowing in almost daily. The trickle attrition is over. Regular double time is almost here. Remember ladies and gentlemen, it is junior 'available'.

What he said..... I know 3 of my friends on the ejet that have 22+ days off because the coverage is so good.

Once again, my post said December, not November. And it's not the collapse of scheduling, it's the start of scheduling issues; hence the Jr. Assignment comment. When we get to cancelling vacations again, then the real fun starts. Ever see a pilot change in the lav so he doesn't get spotted for a JR assignment when he walks off the plane?

And I only see one IAH CA with 22 days off. But two weeks vacation tends to allow that. Our schedules are still very nice compared to the CRJ side though.

We lost a total of 3 Captains from Sept 16th-Oct 16th. Look at the roster. I can't figure out how all you guys on here get your crazy numbers.
