Wow most junior CA line holder in IAH just finished IOE a week ago. Completely unfathomable in the regional world. No wonder everyone wants to jump to the Ejet.

Understanding motive is important with this statement. Cherokee is a disgruntled pilot that couldn't cut it at possibly the easiest/most forgiving airline in America. He/she should look into banking, entrepreneurship, medical sales, professional bowling or just about anything but aviation for a future career choice. Scottydouche is just plain retarded; see almost any of his prior posts for verification.
But to people that are curious about working for Mesa....go somewhere else for better QOL. Mesa will be hiring street captions within a year but there is more to life than PIC at this time. (Relative to current industry hiring standards)

You're saying the exact same thing I am saying and that makes me a "douche"? And please I would love to hear what makes you think we would have street captain's with 600 FO's already on property.
Side note: with 2 bachelor's degrees and 2 semesters away from finishing my masters degree with a 4.0 GPA I hardly consider myself to be a "retard".
