I agree with him, there aren't too many female Japanese pilots over here, so it's a pointed jab at a fellow mesa pilot.

It wasn't a "jab" it was just a statement. But please continue with your boohooing.

Default Attendance.

Yeah, I was wondering what that email is all about myself. Perhaps just some normal house cleaning or perhaps something more sinister (cue the X Files music).

It's because they've gotten behind in the past few months on attendance coding. That's why chuck said he'd be focusing time on recoding discrepancies, and to contact him if you needed something changed.

I believe the financial situation, even though it sucks; however the changes in work rules for the worse (I'm looking at you reserve balancing) made it a no from me.
As a whole, I kind of like the balancing and other changes.. Reserves can pick up the opentime 72 hours in advance, the long calls aren't part of the balancing (I believe). So, for the most part, pilots who want to fly will and the others won't.
Also, no KCM charges)

Time balancing means the people who do want to fly won't and the ones who don't want to fly will. What do you like about it? And it's ridiculous to vote in something just for KCM.
