While the fires are absolutely burning here at RAH, I haven't seen one bit of evidence to support this. Unless you have some substantial evidence, this is a bad attempt at a troll. Deliveries are occurring as scheduled, first two are on property and the next three show up next month. Also, the new ones have YX numbers, not RP.
