Normal companies contribute 400-600/mo these days to provide a quality affordable health care plan to its employees. Mesa pilots are told obamacare is their solution. JO can get away with 0 because he's a piece of garbage. Anybody that can should bail to help themselves. Medical issues will bleed you dry on your 'plan'. Who in their right mind sells themselves for 40% of industry standard. A rising tide lifts all ships. Pilots helping pilots if you need a reason. Hang in there and give JO everything you've got if you wish.

Mesa FOs are looking to bail for better opportunities. This insurance information about other companies helps those that are researching their options.

I was just replying to something that poster said wasn't correct. The WOs absolutely DO NOT have the same healthcare or retirement benefits as mainline. If we did then we would all just be mainline because those benefits they get are part of what make them cost so much more than regional lift.

Hey everyone. If your you are a commuter and are interested in having unlimited Internet access in the sky for a low fee monthly fee PM me. We have a group of pilots that share a monthly account and split the cost to make it more affordable. This service can be used on United, AA, Virgin, Alaska, American, Delta. Recently a pilot of ours left for a LCC and his slot opened up. Service works great and costs less than $25 depending on how many people are in the group at the time.

I have a new life after Mesa, I just post here for my friends still there and others investigating their options, I think I always state everyone should do their own research. Sometimes I might use improper grammar or spellings, growing up in a household that spoke other languages. Apologies
No Worries, I'm over it now. If people want to stay or choose Big M as their employeer, cool. Enjoy

This is in ADDITION to what the WOs announced a few weeks ago. This was announced today.
Signing bonus just went from $20,000 to $22,100. It's obviously a response to Endeavor upping their game, was it last week?
And, yes. I would expect PSA and Piedmont to swing back with another increase too.
If anyone is keeping score, the other companies' signing bonuses are now more than a Mesa FO's full year pay.
Watching these volleys go back and forth is entertainment at it's finest.

any chance PDT could get a midwest or west base and cover a larger area than they currently do?
