I believe the contract guarantees 11 days off. There are “out and backs” to pick up but they go fast. This month I screwed up my bid and got 12 days off. Normally, I was getting 14 or 15 days off.

Contractually, a minimum of 11 nights in your own bed, unless you specifically bid for less nights in your own bed (bid to do your 117 weekly rest at an outstation).
As you become more senior, you can bid for more condensed trips (more flying per day) and get those bids. As that occurs, more nights are spent in your own bed.
Also, you can bid layovers at your home and just go home on those layovers (minimum of 10 hour overnights).
