..Showtimes like this are very common at the big carriers, with a 12-14 hr duty to follow..Maybe not for you ??..

not to mention too many 1-day trips. sometimes they're worth it (MZT turn for example). but when it's a 1-leg to an out-station and deadhead back, THAT is why there's lots of sick calls- why would anyone (commuters especially) stick around for that. Then we get emails saying sick calls are on the rise.

Well, somebody has to do it. Like B757 said, it happens even at the major carriers.

However... That is exactly what minimum day guaranteed and duty rigs are for. And this is why the last TA should not have passed.

I can fly a 30 min. leg wit a DH back every day. For the right price.

Uh cuz your a professional pilot hired to do a job and not abuse a system by lieing to your company about your fitness to work.
