As far as the contract goes. When we started negotiations I made a wish list of everything we would like from a scheduling standpoint. Don't assume that just because it isn't there, we didn't bother to try and get it. What we wanted and what the company was willing to consider are two totally separate things.

No, I haven’t been able to. Mostly, my schedule has unstacked pairings on it for the days you are in IAH.

You ask, I'll try and answer. Part of why I created this was to many people saying and believing information that's just flat out wrong. I unfortunately can't be everywhere at every time, and rumors spread faster then...... well insert your own comment here.

Why all purple?

Why are the FO awards at IAD all purple and the other bases (SDF, IAH, DFW and PHX) the FO awards are mostly blue and much fewer purple?

That’s been covered before. Colors mean how things were assigned.

Purple is unstacked
Blue is normal award

I've got 10 consecutive days off in march, exactly part of what I bid.

15 days off total, 85ish credit.

That's a far cry away from max credit.

So, no unstacking on your schedule? If so, must be top half of seniority.

I really can’t complain this month. I didn’t get the specific days off I wanted, but a fairly decent schedule.

Last month, they unstacked 5 pairings onto my schedule. That kinda made me update my resume.

So, there's not enough FO's in IAD. Therefore, what we request doesn't matter? It will be purple until more FO's come to IAD? Am, I reading this correctly?
