In the Mesa crew room, I could never understand how stupid all of you were in regards to being so picky about where you go next. At my “cargo” company, I cleared six figures my first year with industry leading health care, home basing, and an outstanding QOL.
Hate to break this to you, but you all have a horrible lifestyle flying PAX, especially if you are a commuter. Why on earth would you want to continue that lifestyle? I don’t want to go to AA/UA/DL, and I sure as hell wouldn’t stay at Mesa waiting for that phone call!!!
The blind leading the blind, ya’ll just have no stinking clue trapped in your little bubble. I don’t feel sorry for any of you with an attitude like that.

There are FO’s out there waiting on their upgrade and FO’s on reserve not being called. FO’s with 80 hour lines. And, FO’s trying to give away their lines. Seems they need to shift more FO’s from the right seat to the left, and let the FO’s share in the pain.
The issue of killing the CA’s through their lines is causing CA’s to look into going back to corporate flying where they feel QOL will be better.

They've been killing the FOs here for quite a while with unstacking. They definitely deserve a break with some decent lines. Let the captains see what it's like for a little while. Do you think it's coincidence that in the worthless letter from the union about a month ago that they finally mention unstacking as something that needs to be worked on? It seems that when senior pilots start to feel some pain that we at least some recognition as to the pain that our junior pilots have been enduring for quite a while.
Over the summer, the company increased the ranks of Ejet FO’s - yet, they have basically the same number of CA’s with more planes. Training is backed up because of an idiotic decision by the training department or we would have even more FO’s online now.
My concern for CA’s is they are both extremely marketable and unhappy right now. With each unhappy CA that leaves, without the company resolving the shortage and yet increasing the aircraft at the same time, puts more workload on the remaining CA’s.
