The company admitted October was a bad call and made changes for November because of it. But with that said the airline still needs to run and when there are not enough pilots to fly the flying they will do what's necessary to keep the airline running.

October had 4 base/seats unstacked more then 90% of the pilots. And 3 of those 4 saw 100% unstacking of 100% of the pilots.
November had 1 base/seat unstacked more then 90% of the pilots and 0 bases saw 100% unstacking.
Not sure how you classify that as the same mistake again.

What is the reserve grid looking like... Is SAP even going to be worth looking at? Probably not...

You won't see a penny of it
If people want to quit this job, or any other, at any time, that's fine. But, if they sign a training contract that specifies repayment if they leave within a year, then that's what they should be held to. Frankly, I can't even believe that another Mesa pilot would have it any other way. That money that they're running away with, at least some of it, could have been yours. This is not just an ideological point, it's actually an economic one. When they steal from the company (lets call it what is is) that leaves less money that could have been paid out to us pilots.

Begin rant/
I'd say I fly with 3 types of captains: 1/3 are the type that taxi well: normal reasonable speeds at all times. 1/3 taxi like we're driving a god-damn race car.. "Tailgating" airplanes.. putting waaaaay too much power in to move 100 feet up when you're 15th in line. Coming into spot 110 and giving the pax g-forces as they turn the corner at too fast a speed. The other 1/3 taxis slllloooooooooow. So painfully slow your blood just boils. Why? Because they say they want to overblock, even if it means watching snails pass us and ground control asking "air shuttle are you ok?"
This is ENOUGH.
We are here to provide a SERVICE. That SERVICE is to transport our passengers and cargo efficiently and safely from point A to point B.
Slowing to Mach .72 is NOT cool. Especially when I have to remind you that at our current altitude, we cannot go that slow. However, pax won't notice that. But on the ground, they can and DO notice.
When I'm riding in the back and someone remarks about the captain "driving it like he stole it" - you need to SLOW DOWN.
And when you go so slowly that mainline American gets on the radio to say "Cmon air shuttle lets MOVE!" - you need to speed up!
Overblocking so you make an extra $10 is a DICK MOVE when your paying passengers now have a needlessly tight connection and the crew swap is tighter than it needs to be.
/end rant.
