Min value for a line is 80 hours.

Maybe this will finally put an end to Envoy's rumors that we're leaving DFW (every month).

DFW hangar opens in October

We are opening a brand new maintenance hangar at DFW on October 1. This long awaited hangar will be a great addition to our Dallas base, providing important operational support and improving efficiency. The space will have 23,000-square-feet for aircraft and 5,300-square-feet for offices. Take a look at the blueprints!

Yep. Good news.

Those haven’t been the rumors over at Envoy about Mesa for a couple months now.

I don’t think Mesa is going anywhere as far as the AA flying is concerned...

As an outsider, it's rather funny to watch you guys talk and fight about AA's putrid table scraps. What's the saying? A pile of **** has 1000 eyes?

Not at Mesa, but I've seen this before if someone more senior forgot to bid and didn't have any backup bids. Also seen vacation, training, and other leave as factors.

Default Reserve vs line holder monthly hours

Does there tend to be much difference in monthly flight hours at Mesa between reserve and line holder?

It depends. Someone on reserve needing to consolidated will fly first. I bid reserve in November to get thanksgiving weekend off and I flew 20 hours for the entire month. Most of my reserve months were averaging 40 hours. Captains on reserve fly more than fo’s on reserve.
