Yep. I doubt it happens. But, any regional can lose flying when a CPA is up. Of course, we are already negotiating the terms for both renewals.

Don’t have to tell me about CPAs. Xjet had about 250 planes when I got hired there. They’ve been chopped in 1/2 (just talking about the ERJ side) in less than 5 years.

Well, I hope everything looks up for Xjet. Hopefully, if you get the new 25 Ejets and a new contract, that will finally stem the tide. In my opinion, United is really pulling for you given the award of CRJ200’s - at least they are pulling harder for Xjet than Delta and American.

Thanks for the post, but I’m at at Mesa now lol. Going to upgrade soon. I also hope everything works out for Xjet. Lots of very good pilots over there. They deserve a break.

I ran into a new, former Xjet captain at Mesa a couple of weeks ago. Obviously, you are not alone here being from Xjet.

So is 300% really ending today? If it is junior Assignments are about to be handed out like crazy.

They extended it a couple days for CRJ pilots - and the open time FOR THOSE DAYS was picked up. If the pilot group has any brains at all they won't pick up until the 300 pct is announced. Right now it appears that perhaps in anticipation a lot of the EJET open time was gobbled up. Guess what? Not a smart move.

We don’t have jr assignments!

We have “jr. available.” All it means is they can ask.

Now that they have shareholders, quarterly reports, and street expectations, they are going to look to the bottom line.

Yeah and that bottom line is going to get hurt bad if they don’t staff the flying.

Maybe they’re starting to realize how much a pilot is worth.
