Good news is AA elected NOT to remove 2 more planes from the CPA.

Can someone explain to me what "ALPA assessment" deduction is? I thought the union dues are just "union dues" but ALPA assessment on top of that?

Merger assessment. Passed years ago. Every new hire has to pay it.
