Yea definitely! Bc if things go south and CAs start getting downgraded... that will be the end of Mesa Airlines.

It already is. Growth doesn't mean much when you have the worst pay and can't attract new hires. And the industries worst paying regional isn't just going to become the industries best paying regional. I think you guys will be bought or perhaps buy someone else and merge.

Mesa mgmt needs to take a page out of aag's play book and increase 1st year FO pay to at least 3rd year ($33). No need to even have any negotiations about it. After this then negotiations about ca pay increase and health care needs to be addressed. Without an increase in fo pay NOW Meas will loose to many pilots and may never recover.

Just imagine if the TA that was proposed had passed. Now you have way more power then you did when I was at Mesa. I hope you either get a huge chunk of money or get out. Preferably get out. You have no idea how much nicer it is anywhere else...

JO and company better pi$$ or get of the pot and do something now or it WILL be the end of the Mesa as we know it. If they can't pay industry standards on par with other regionals, then quit playing. PAY YOUR PEOPLE A LIVABLE WAGE NOW!!! One of the best quotes ever......."Pay now or pay later!" Simple as that!
