CRM Instructor Training
Is it standard in most communities to become a CRM Instructor with your upgrade to aircraft IP? It's worded as such in AFI11-290 but it isn't how we do things. Thanks

I think the bullet you are talking about is the CRM for Instructors vice the normal CRM refresher every two years. Both versions are taught by CTI contract instructor in my experience from fighters and RPAs. We have it as an IPUG syllabus event / 1 time currency which will rehack your two year CRM requirement.
