I received an e-mail yesterday with a score of 93. I've never scored that high on anything in my life, so I'll take it. If I hear anything else, I'll post it.

Just curious, is everyone getting the same email prior to results?

"You are eligible for this position and your test score is active in the inventory. You will receive notice of Results within couple of weeks".

Thanks alot.

I'm a current applicant who already got an offer, and paperwork:

Your 93 is a strong score; and I would guess that you will probably be interviewed. It is all a crap shoot, but they face a large number of retirements and vacancies in the next two years.

As I still have an application in the system I also got an email this week with my score of 102 (121 Ops, Prior Mil, LEO). From that score you can deduct my 5 points Veterans Preference and see that we a re fairly close on base score.

So.... good luck. I am about 7 months into the application process, and HR is discussing Sept/Oct class dates at FLETC. Our group completed the Background Investigation paperwork and Drug test - results should be back within 4 weeks of turn-in.

I applied less than one month ago when CAL said they might furlough me. I have been to FLETC before, have had LEO creds (but just FFDO junk), but I do have an active secret clearance too. I'm guessing most of the points came from experience, but I don't know how they weigh the scores. Good luck to us all.

I got my score yesterday...96 (mil and civ part 135/91)(couldn't claim the 5 vet pref points though since I am guard and not enough days consecutive on a contingency)
Wonder when the next round of interviews will be, hope I am still in country. Everything seems to be pretty guarded up in MN.

Anybody who just recently sent in their BI paperwork get a firm offer yet? I heard they are starting to come in. The waiting is the hardest part...

Byebyeairlines,

Curious, did HR from MN contact those guys via email, phone, or mail for their hard offer?

FWIW, I ran into CBP folks @KCOS this past week as I was returning to the East coast. They were in town for the DNC. One of guys I spoke with was with the MT ANG flying F-16s part time and CBP full time. He said they were current in the Citations and also qualified in the Helo(not sure which model it was). He also indicated they were qualified on the tactical teams flying in the back of the helo. It appeared to not be a purely 'flying' job, but someone who actually works there could chime in and fill us in. For the most part they said it was a good gig if you want to live in the locations they are in with a bit of TDY time.
