This. I used Sheppard Air for my ATP prep and would recommend their test prep any day of the week. Anyone looking to take their ATP should do it sooner rather than later-in August of this year new ATP training guidelines go into effect that will require candidates to go through required training prior to taking the ATP. All-in-all it will become much more time consuming and expensive to get it done.

I'd contact the folks at Riverside AllATPs and inquire as to whether or not Mr. Tom Hamm is still their primary FAA checker. If so, you'd do well to fly with him... former USAF T-38s and UPS check airman. Very good dude.

Galvin is being bought by some other group. Not sure what it will do to the flight program. They are THE MOST expensive on Boeing Field. Not sure you get what you pay for there. I would wait and see what happens when ATP sets up shop.

I did GFS over XMAS with my ATP and they were great. Concur with what Chinook said in that it was not cheap but was best for me and my circumstances(see previous post this thread). PM if you have questions.

From my personal experience with Accessible at KGTR, they are pretty shady. Friends of mine are enduring the scheduling nightmare right now as well, and communication does not seem to be at the top of Nuzzo's priority list.
For what it is worth, I went to Action Multi Ratings in Groton, CT. The instructor, Ryan, was excellent! (And that is an understatement.) The examiner was very fair. Know the airplane (Seneca) for your oral. I got a letter of discontinuance due to weather, and when I returned several weeks later, I did not have a good day. Holiday/family stress and negative transfer from my regular airplane bit me in the butt. I offered up a clean kill (was flying too fast), but like I said, the examiner was fair.
Highly recommend Action Multi Ratings at KGON if you are in the northeast.
