No... it doesn’t.
NetJets has always seemed to grow in markets it can most easily dominate and show a profit in doing so. Large Cabin is filled with many other “lesser” alternatives presently who are diluting the market. NJA is holding its own just fine in this market and stands by to diversify into the entry level large cabin with many jets when an OEM presents a piece of equipment worthy of the order.
Super mid and mid continue to explode.
Light cabin is proving to set record sales with the Latitude.
The plan is 15 net increase a year for the foreseeable which is growth growth growth!
The reality is that many Owners love to diversify amongst several fleets and that something that a whole aircraft Owner couldn’t do easily... or at any operation considered to be “competition” for NetJets either.
Where they are buying? What cabin size? The answer is yes. They are buying NetJets.
Sales have never been stronger in every category we offer seemingly.

Be precise in your words, like when maintaining a speed, it’s usually for a reason and very important.

Yea you can pretend to forget all you want, but Phenoms were grounded during known GPS outages because the airplane literally becomes uncontrollable due to yaw damper failure when there is no GPS signal.

The Phenoms have never been “grounded”.
You’re spreading some interesting stuff there. For example the 737-800/900 MAX is, in fact, grounded.

I don’t have the raw data to corroborate or dispute your premise, though I assume you don’t have it either, so I can not and will not speak for that info BUT I will say that’s not what you said in the previous statement in which you said the net stays the same...

The net stays the same?

I can’t speak for the folks that went to Alaska, Spirit, etc. However, I can tell you those of us that went to Fedex and UPS are very happy. I am working and average of 2-3 days less per month making just a tad less than even the new pay scheme working 7/7. And I’ve been able to go to many more of my kids games due to schedule flexibility and the fact I pay nothing when they are playing out of town. And my wife has been able to go to out of town events more frequently as well by using the ZED passes, would not have been possible paying full fare.
NJ is a good job if you are already there and even more if a Captain, as an FO, tough decision to stay and bypass (if offered) a Delta, United, Fedex or UPS. Going to Spirit, Frontier, JetBlue makes little sense to me. I did miss the job at the beginning, how can you not, 15+ years . But almost every aspect of my current job is better, almost. The points are nice, but they are becoming more useless by the year.
In the end, people are going to do what they think is best for them. I was very negative about NJ when I left, will admit things have changed for the positive. No one has a magic wand. The environment was very toxic when I left. Not so much anymore. Would I do it again had all the recent changes occurred prior to leaving? Can’t say one way or the other. What I can say is my bed is made and making the best of it. And having one BIG FINANCIAL BACKSTOP waiting for me at the end that doesn’t depend on market fluctuations is simply priceless!! And driving to work half the month is also priceless!

And that’s the key. Fits your lifestyle perfectly!!
Mr. 251 below 10k doesn’t seem to get that. Everyone has their own priorities. Not everything is about the money!! Many other factors to consider.

Lots more expenses in Northern California to be sure! The taxes are just the start.
Prove it. What did you make? And why would you even be comparing with your “buddies”. Is that what you do? Compare W2s for personal satisfaction amongst people you call friends?
Kinda shallow actually.
We know you went to Alaska but what many at NetJets in several facets of the business are trying to figure out is why you’ve continually returned to bad mouth a former employer and try to cause damage to it.
That’s the mystery.

Oh and CA taxes are really not so bad when you consider what you get for them.
I got access to some of the best slopes around on weekends, though Sierra got me last weekend, I’ll be laid up for a bit. Got access to some of the tastiest waves around for surfing. Got access to the beautiful mountains. Got access to absolute wonderful paddling areas, some of the best around. The outdoor activity is tops, we must be doing something right 5th largest economy in the world.
I could live in MO or someplace like that and pay a little less but I would be living in the movie Deliverance..I could live in CMH and pay the pesky little city tax that is used to pay NJA from moving their HQ to RDU, but I would be living in a city that has more overcast days than SEA.
