True enough

Just had dinner with a friend who retired from Northwest at 58 BY CHOICE 10 years ago. His chin hit the plate when I told him we have about 240 pilots over 65 and 2 pilots who turn EIGHTY next year still actively flying.
At what age does the term "arbitrary" no longer apply.....?

And even if these guys knew they were a hazard to everyone, they would never admit to it. NetJets needs to acknowledge this and do something about it. It's not fair to ask pilots to risk their lives babysitting the elderly. 65 rule is lonnng overdue and if NetJets considers their passengers' safety a priority like they claim to, they would do something about it.
