Quiet, very quiet. Not a word since the FIT test and that was about 6 weeks ago. My moles say "be patient and they will come". I am beginning to wonder if there is some wisdom in the old adage: "as the courtship goes, so goes the marriage". :-)

New class starts tomorrow. Phone interviews this week for late august/sept in person interviews to refill the unofficial "pool" for new hire classes late in 2015/early 2016. Looks like the total hired for 2015 will be short of 200, more like 150. A TA could change this for better or for worse.
