I think you may have broken the code. It appears the fractionals don't care for retired guys.

Currency? Hard to tell. Previous posts indicate a range of those hired, but haven't seen too many specifics.

I'm waiting as well. Several friends on the inside, but with the new "process" it doesn't seem to matter.

Trust me, NJ has no issues with retired guys. I am 41 and I was right in the middle of my class with new hires ranging from their late 20's to their mid 60's.

Average age is around 50 years old of the current seniority list.

I dont think age, by itself, is a deciding factor. I am now in mid 50s, interviewed in May coming on board in September. No 121 and very little 135 experience with 3300 TT with over 1000 PIC Jet, which was largely 91 Corporate. My guess would be that they like prior aviation experience that is highly similar to what NJs does....drive a small number of pax around and have experience with personal customer service. But it is just that...a guess.

That would seem to be reasonable. That would let out high time 121 guys.

Default Updated interview gouge?

Hey all,
Completed phone interview and was invited for 2 day interview in September. Anybody recently interviewed that can fill me in a bit more? Have internal contacts, 121 and 135 experience. Hoping to get a newcomer's perspective. Currently 121 regional captain.
Thanks!

It's pretty much your standard interview with a bunch of TMAAT questions, why NetJets, can you handle flying all day for a week straight, that sort of thing.

It's a first class organization as far as I can tell. I know several people who love it there.
