Also, there's no training contract so if it sucks so bad you're not exactly trapped are you?

I've done the 121 flying and commuting is horrible. There's pros and conns. Your posts might be worth some consideration if they weren't so one sided.
I always say that if you live in a place that is cheap (or very out of the way), then NJA can be a viable option. If you live in a major city, commuting is a lot easier not to mention you will always be broke with the NJA FO payscale and upgrades (w/o mandatory retirement).

I never expected to leave NetJets

You and your "one sided" facts. You're so negative ;-)

Does anyone have an insight into how the interviews are happening now. Mine is next week. Need help. If I get the job how do they notify?

What do you mean how they are happening? If you get the job, it is via a phone call with an offer and class date.

From what I've found there is no longer a sim evaluation. More of an HR, TMAAT setting. Maybe a 20 question multiple choice test too?

When I interviewed(3/15) it was purely HR-based.

Tour of the facility, meet some people, video about the company, lunch
TMAAT customer service
TMAAT you didn't agree with a company policy
Why NJA
Walk me through your resume
They did look at our logbooks, which apparently was a recent change
Do you have any questions
(panel for interview was 3 people. 1 Real pilot, 1 mgt pilot "Dag", 1 HR)

(next day) Sim ride: Takeoff HPN (some SID with a 190 speed limit initially), steep turns, direct to a fix, "oh the owner wants to go somewhere else now, divert, vectors for an ILS in TEB.

Thank you for the info Buckeye. Sounds like they may still do Sims and not Leadership day 2 then.

No I think they did away with the sim evaluation. Unless they brought it back. Whatever you do, make no indication that you’re interested in the airlines, they won’t hire you. Then you’ll haveto get a job at an airline and you’ll miss out on flying with the living dead.
