I do believe they've gotten rid of the sim eval from what I've heard. They probably need the sim for all of those upgrade events.

this is correct. They do not want people with a 121 background and I'd use every opportunity to badmouth airlines in general. For example: "I hear the worst part about this job is having to airline to and from work. What are some of the secrets to making it more bearable?"

It makes sense since NJA can't compete with 121 pay/benefits. If you have a corporate background, NJ (as seen by many) is the top of the industry.

I'm quoting the guy who interviewed me (the real pilot, not Dag) when I ran into him on the road. He said that most of the regional pilots they had hired recently had either left or they were receiving PRIA requests bc they were trying to leave.
