Don't you dare leave!!! TMC is an epic craphole of a company so for sure don't leave for TMC, take the upgrade at your regional.

Stay put, get the upgrade, and get some turbine PIC under your belt. I know numerous people, both within Netjets and outside of it, who want to apply to better jobs but cannot because they never got any turbine PIC time. Take a little short-term pain and make yourself 100 times more marketable in the future.

Yeah the upgrade will serve you better for either path you choose. TMC is not a good operation

Throw me in with the stay for upgrade crowd. I was awarded an upgrade at the same time I got hired at NJA. Choosing NJA got me a five year furlough.

I've applied a couple times with NJTs, 7000tt, 2300 jet , >1000 jet pic, but never selected for interview. Wondering if because I'm retired government they think I'm too old, mid 50s.
