The email I received specified to bring your two most recent logbooks or an accessible version of your electronic flight log.
Also heard from multiple sources now that the sim eval is no longer. It has been replaced by a "leadership interview" on Day 2.

Interesting...thanks for the information on the second day. Another pilot told me that they thought the sim eval was no longer being used but I wasn't able to confirm that anywhere.

When did you apply and how long before you heard from them? What were your times?

Well I wasn't invited back for day two. For those coming in to interview things have changed a little bit so hopefully this will help you. First of all, the folks there are all very friendly and welcoming. The operation itself is impressive in it's logistical complexity. Lots of moving parts. On to the gouge.
Left the Hilton Garden Inn at 7:35am to arrive at the facility. Signed in and got the initial meet and greet. We were give a presentation on the company and then the first group went upstairs for our interviews. Mine was with two pilots. It was mostly story time with some technical questions mixed in at the end. Here's what I remember.
Why NetJets?
TMAAT you had an emergency, a weak captain, an overbearing FO, an unhappy customer, did something nice for a customer, a difficult decision, you made a mistake.
What do you like about your current job?
How long is a temporary airmen certificate valid?
What is the speed limit in Class B airspace?
What is the standard instrument climb gradient?
In what % of the runway do you have to land?
How far from shore can you go with life vests? with a life raft?
Part 135 rest requirement? Duty day limit?
I was asked to brief the 24L LOC approach into Cleveland.
Why should we hire you?
After that the first group took the facility tour and the second group went upstairs. That was followed by a log book review, lunch and a Q & A session. Then we went back to the hotel awaiting calls. The invites for day two went out around 1700, the outvites around 1800. 2 made it, 2 didn't.
Day two includes a "leadership panel". No one knows what that is because it is brand new but there is no sim eval.
They are leery of flight risks. It was brought up that 2 people in or on there way to Indoc left for SWA.
Good luck!

Oh I see...one or two leave and all of sudden this is a great resume builder? Wow...stretch the truth much? Be careful trying so hard to convince yourself that your'e really happy here - you're gonna pull something (and no, nobody here believes your little hippie charade anyway). The rest of us have realistic standards. Grow up new guy.
