What does being a new employee have to do with anything? I find it fascinating that you take that stance in your discussion. I am not taking anything personally, I just find it very funny that everyone wants to weigh in on why this company doesn't deserve a raise and better QOL, yet offer no realistic ideas as to what we do deserve. The lack of self esteem and self worth in this industry is disgusting. I am not wanting a salary level that will put this company out of business, but to be "realistic" as you put it is ridiculously subjective and offers no tangible outcome to what the union is fighting for. Of course we are operating on the basis of being realistic. But your perception of reality might be slightly different than the 10 year FO at NetJets. I know you still don't understand, and that is fine, that is why discussions are fun. Nothing personal taken I assure you.

Are you a frax pilot?
Not you, but the very idea any fractional operator would/could match Legacy airline pay rates. The pure cash volume precludes that.
Hey, if I was a new hire there, I'd be lobbying for the biggest pay raise possible too. Just don't expect SWA +1%. That's not even reasonable.

My friends at Netjets seem to be working A LOT harder these days vs in the past. One guy on the Sovereign fleet sounds chronically exhausted and is applying to the legacy airlines like a lot of people. Probably one of many with apps out.

It varies I have had days with one leg then the hotel, and I have had days with 5 legs then min rest thrown on top of that as a "thank you", we have the ability to call in fatigued if the pace gets too onerous and everybody I fly with is not afraid to use it. XL guy here.

How much revenue do you generate per flight hour, empty legs included?
I think that's a tricky question, but maybe not. I'm thinking you can't count 100% of sales, seeing as that is not a company asset and I believe it funnels back to the owner upon sale. Truthfully, I'm not sure.

I was... I knew the approximate monthly and hourly fees, but didn't know all the variables (other fleets non rev flying for example) to the point where I can say xxx amount of revenue/flt hr.
I thought someone here would have the numbers, seeing as though it was implied to be on par with Southwest.

We are going to do quite well with this TA, hopefully it will be presented to the rank and file for a vote by this fall, we are worth of legacy compensation and benefits, and God's grace are close to attaining them , sorry if that grinds your gears Kritchtroll, enough with your passive aggressive BS.
