Just watched the employee roundtable meeting video. The CEO said that he actually turned down the HOU flying with Q400s and the MSP flying for Delta for this upcoming year. Said we were growing too fast and need to slow down. Looks like hiring is gonna slow to a trickle as they focus on efficiencies of their current flying.

As long as you get through the gate it's the same as anyone else. We have this nifty little laminated card (think JetBlue) which we show our OMCs when they ride in the JS. Other than that just see one of us when we're running out for paperwork or whatever and we'll get you on. We're here to help. |

To everyone that is posting about Mickey Mouse Out Station; The first thing to do is to get rid of the *Old Gulfstream Mentality and be open to what is logical and save money.*(Old Gulfstream mentality; Move all the pilots to the outstations make them think that they are living like kings in small rural villages and they will be happy, more then half of them do not even know how to commute and they have cass) Since the NorthEast and SouthEast (Atlanta flying) is EAS the profit that the company makes will go to improve everything in Florida and Expend, Even though their percentages and on-time numbers come from the other stations rather than Florida.
