I had a decent reserve month with a total of about 10 hours of flying this month. That's a little exciting considering I had a month or so where I didn't fly anything. ATP written is done so I upgrade when the next staffing bid is out.
Oh, I spent Christmas on reserve in Meridian eating Corn Pops cereal, a chocolate rice crispies treat and washed it down with a strawberry soda because nothing was open and the gas stations were out of cheeseburgers. Livin' the dream....

You know what's embarrassing?
When you're going through security while FAs at other airlines are cruising through known crewmember...nothing says "you ain't ####" like sitting there with no belt and taking your computer out. Hell even TSA has KCM....TSA...
C'mon management....pull your head out of your ass and turn this little gem into a diamond...all it takes is some effort.

There is growth, but we are trying to take care of the guys we are overstaffed with so we can all fly, then plan to have about 500 pilots on property by May. Pick a city, and there's probably rumors that we are starting service there, but SJU seems probable. I hear rumors that come August, 3000TT is for upgrade, so maybe 1-2 years. I'm just waiting for a staffing bid as there are a lot of Captains that are junior to me and others.
